Open Feedback & support

YARCalc is accessed through the web and supported as a planning product

Supported

YARCalc is a browser-based application. There is no separate iOS or Android application, although ordinary pages can be opened in a current mobile browser. Dense tables and analysis controls are generally easier to review on a larger screen.

Sign-in uses the YARCalc email, password, and optional authenticator flow. Google, Apple, Face ID, and other federated or biometric sign-in methods are not currently available.

Use the supported path instead of assuming a connection exists

Holdings import reads a Fidelity, Schwab, or unambiguously mapped generic file that you deliberately select. It is not ongoing brokerage synchronization and does not import an arbitrary retirement-calculator workbook or reproduce another product’s assumptions.

Use the Help Center for product guidance. Every signed-in account, including Free, can use Feedback & support when a person needs to investigate a defect, explain product behavior, answer a modeling question, or consider a feature request. Use the public Contact page if you cannot sign in. Support can explain YARCalc; it cannot provide individualized legal, tax, investment, insurance, or medical advice.

Before ending access, export information you need and read the current Privacy Policy for retention or deletion terms. Do not assume a subscription change immediately deletes planning data.

Your access level changes limits and conveniences, not ownership of the plan

Supported

Account Settings and Plans & access show whether the account is currently Free or Subscriber and, when applicable, the exact date complimentary Subscriber access ends. Free includes the core planning workflow with lower analysis limits and advertisements on selected report pages. Subscriber raises supported analysis limits, allows up to three resource-intensive analyses to wait in the account’s queue, and removes advertisements.

The offered welcome Subscriber period lasts three calendar months, requires no payment information, can be used once per account, and ends automatically on the displayed date. When it ends, the account returns to Free; saved scenarios, results, settings, and AI credit are retained. Earned one-month referral access can provide Subscriber access again and does not consume the welcome period.

If this account has a verified fixed-term Subscriber access period, Plans & access shows the date it ends. Paid enrollment and coupon entry are not available in YARCalc yet; no mock checkout is shown to planning users.

An analysis that is no longer available at the current level remains part of the planning history where the product displays it, but starting or rerunning work follows the current access limits. Work already accepted before expiry may finish. Open Plans & access when a control is unavailable or a queue limit is reached before assuming the plan itself is damaged.

Advertisements identify the Free presentation, not a planning recommendation

Supported

Advertisements can appear for Free users beside selected report and analysis pages. They are omitted from plan-entry, account, Help, and other focused information-entry pages, and they disappear with Subscriber access. Seeing an advertisement therefore reflects the current access level and page, not anything YARCalc inferred about the household’s finances.

An advertisement is not part of the retirement calculation, does not change a projection or strategy result, and is not an endorsement or personalized recommendation. Use the Plans & access page if the account should have ad-free access but an advertisement still appears; first confirm that the complimentary or paid access period shown there is still active.

Give support enough context without sending secrets

Open Feedback & support from the account menu, select the category that best describes the request, and name the page, planning task, approximate time, expected outcome, actual result, and any safe error reference. Never include passwords, authentication codes, brokerage credentials, full account numbers, complete financial documents, attachments, or external links.

Your feedback page retains the submission, status, visible support replies, and your follow-ups. An email tells you when support replies or requests information, while the full conversation remains available after sign-in.

Browser and device behavior can vary. YARCalc records only a reduced browser, operating-system, and device class with the submission; it does not store the full browser identifier there. Add relevant display or navigation details in the message.

Reasonable submission limits apply to every access level, with tighter limits for new accounts and Free accounts. Repeated matching submissions are kept as one item, external links are rejected, and administrators can mark spam or block only feedback submissions without blocking retirement-plan access.

Use exports and supported imports for deliberate data movement. There is no claim of automatic migration from unrelated calculators or continuing access to an external financial account.

Convenience features that are not supported should remain explicit

YARCalc does not claim a native mobile experience, social sign-in, direct brokerage synchronization, or automatic import from unrelated planning products.

The current service and policy documents determine access, support, retention, and deletion behavior. Help should not promise a platform or service arrangement that is not visibly available.
